Pet Policy

Pets - Max 2 allowed
Dogs and cats are welcome at The Elle!

Monthly Pet Rent: $20 per pet 
Cats - One-time, Non-refundable Pet Fee: $350 per pet
Dogs - One-time, Non-refundable Pet Fee: $400 per pet

The weight limit is 100 lbs per pet. No exotic animals are permitted, and the following breed restrictions apply: American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, any mixes including these breeds, and any others designated by management. For information on service animals, please call our office.
